The universal Azzurro roasting pan with a capacity of 6 liters is perfect for roasting, stewing, and baking. Solid cast aluminum guarantees durability and resistance to deformation, while the Qualum Basic coating protects against food sticking and makes cleaning the vessel easier. The thick induction bottom evenly distributes heat, so dishes will always be perfectly cooked. Thanks to the Aroma Knob system in the lid, you can refill liquids during roasting without lifting the lid. The roasting pan is suitable for all types of stoves and for the oven up to a temperature of 220°C.
