The Seller operates an online store and sells goods via electronic communication, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties. The product range includes household items and garden furniture.

1. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order. This includes ensuring that all personal and delivery details are correct.
2. The Seller reserves the right to contact the Buyer using electronic communication to verify the information provided in the order form.
3. Submitting an order constitutes final confirmation of the purchase. By placing an order, the Buyer enters into a sales contract with the DAJAR Online Shop for the selected goods.
4. The Buyer is responsible for any consequences resulting from an incorrectly placed order, including but not limited to ordering incorrect items, quantities, or providing an incorrect delivery address.
5. Registered Buyers may place orders using their login credentials (username and password).
6. Each order constitutes a separate sales contract for the goods included in that order.
1. The Seller may offer the option to order customised (“Bespoke”) products specified by the Buyer.
2. Orders for Bespoke Products are placed via email or fax.
3. The terms of each bespoke order are agreed individually between the Buyer and the Seller. A sales contract is concluded once the Buyer receives confirmation of order acceptance from the Seller.
4. Bespoke orders are processed only after full prepayment (100%) has been received in the Seller’s bank account.
The Buyer does not have the right to cancel a contract for Bespoke Products.
1. Shipping fees:
1.1 £11.90 – for orders below £450.
1.2 Free shipping – for orders of £450 or more.
2. Payment methods:
(a) Bank Transfer – payment to the Seller’s bank account in British Pounds. Goods are dispatched once payment has been received and cleared.
(b) Payment Card – available for registered customers placing orders via the online shop. Accepted cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro.
(c) PayPal – an online payment system. Payments are processed without additional charges to the Buyer. Goods are dispatched once payment has been received in the Seller’s PayPal account.
3. The Seller will issue a receipt or, upon request, a VAT invoice.
4. The receipt and waybill are included with the shipment (attached to the parcel).
5. Original VAT invoices are sent to the Buyer by post.
6. For Buyers within the EU: if the Buyer provides a valid EU VAT number, a 0% VAT invoice may be issued in accordance with applicable regulations.
7. All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT.
8. Additional VAT, customs duties, or import charges may apply depending on the destination country.
9. If a delivery is refused, the Buyer will be charged a return cost of £17.80 for shipping the goods back to Poland.
1. Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 10 working days from the date of purchase. Delivery times for bespoke orders are agreed individually.
2. The Seller reserves the right to cancel all or part of an order if the goods are unavailable. The Buyer will be informed within 24 working hours.
3. The Seller may refuse to process orders that are incomplete, incorrect, or raise reasonable concerns, especially if contact with the Buyer is not possible.
4. The Buyer should use the order number in all communication related to the order.
5. Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments.
1. Deliveries take place between 08:00 and 17:00.
2. Upon delivery, the Buyer should:
(a) check the condition of the parcel before accepting it;
(b) open the parcel and verify that the goods are complete, undamaged, and consistent with the order;
(c) confirm receipt of the goods.
3. Complaints regarding damage during transport will only be considered if reported to the courier on the day of delivery. A damage report must be completed and signed by both the Buyer and the courier. A copy of the report must also be sent to the Seller.
4. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
5. Couriers are required to carry parcels upstairs only if the weight does not exceed 31.5 kg.
1. Complaints should be submitted to an address agreed with the Seller.
2. Differences in product appearance resulting from the Buyer’s screen settings do not constitute grounds for a complaint.
3. The Buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days without providing a reason, provided the goods are unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase and a written statement including the Buyer’s name, address, and bank details for the refund.
Returns sent as cash-on-delivery (COD) will not be accepted.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to Bespoke Products.
4. Refunds for card payments will be made to the original card used.
1. To submit a warranty claim, the Buyer must provide the order number, proof of purchase, and a written description of the defect. The product should be returned in appropriate packaging.
2. The warranty does not cover:
• mechanical damage caused by the Buyer;
• damage resulting from improper use;
• damage caused by unauthorised repairs or third-party interference;
• products with removed or altered identification markings.
3. Normal wear and tear, maintenance, and consumable parts are not considered defects.
4. Goods must be returned using courier services approved by the Seller. The Buyer covers return shipping costs. These costs are reimbursed only if the claim is accepted.

1. The Seller processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
2. The Buyer has the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data.
3. The Buyer agrees that their data may be processed for order fulfilment and, where consent is given, for marketing purposes.
1. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Acceptance of these Terms is required to complete a purchase. If the Buyer has any questions, they should contact the Seller before placing an order.
3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Orders placed before changes are published will be governed by the previous version.
4. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
5. Any disputes will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.
1. The “Bargain of the Month” promotion is valid from the first to the last day of a given month or until stocks last.
2. Promotions are named according to the month (e.g. “January Bargain”, “February Bargain”).
3. Promotional products are available in the “Bargain of the Month” section on DAJAR.co.uk.
4. Promotional prices apply only to purchases made via the online shop.
5. Once the promotion ends, products cannot be purchased at the promotional price.
6. The Seller reserves the right to end the promotion at any time.
