  • 1/2 cup of sugar

  • 1/2 cup of 18% cream
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 jar of cherries (fresh, frozen, or in syrup)

  7. Bake: place the prepared cupcakes in the oven and bake at 180 degrees C for about 20-25 minutes (you can always check if they are ready using a toothpick: a dry one confirms they are already baked).
