PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 from 27.04.2016 (RODO) DAJAR protects customers personal data obtained during shops activity.

Privacy policy are information’s regarding:

  • Who is the administrator of personal data
  • What kind of data is processed
  • On what purpose is the data processed
  • How long will be the data processed
  • What rights do our customers have
  • With whom can the data be shared

The administrator of personal data given while placing an order is DAJAR Sp. z o.o. located in Poland, 75-072 Koszalin, Połtawska 6. [email protected] is the address one shall use in order to contact us regarding the protection and processing of personal data.  

We process personal data given by the customers while placing an order or while creating an account. The data are : first name, last name, address, delivery address, phone, email. We also process data using Google Analytics oraz Google Adwords.

Data given to us while placing an order we can process in order to complete the order (Art. 6 p.1b RODO) and we don’t need customer’s agreement for that. This data can be used for marketing purposes (Art. 6 p.1f RODO). Personal data of a customer who had created an account and signed for the newsletter but did not place an order we process on basis of the consent granted (Art. 6 p.1a RODO). Agreement to data processing can be withdrawn any time.

We process data till there is basis for doing so. In case of an agreement the time is till a customer decides to cancel the agreement. If we need a customer’s data for fulfilling an order the time is specified by public authorities. If the basis for processing is the administrator’s legitimate interest the time is until an objection has been reported.

In accordance with regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 from 27.04.2016 (RODO) every our customer has the right to :

  • Access the data
  • Demand rectification of the data
  • Cancel the data   
  • Limit the processing    
  • Transfer the data   
  • Object the processing    
  • Report a claim at supervisory authority if the processing violate regulations

Personal data can be shared with other subjects in order to :

  • Fulfill an order (delivery companies that operate based on postal law as well as other subjects that take part in the order process and with whom Dajar has an agreement)
  • Promote own products and shop in the internet (pricerunner.co.uk)
  • Email campaigns  – newsletter that a customer agreed to receiving (Freshmail)

COOKIES

We respect our customers' privacy and we want them to feel secure while using our website. Below we present to you our policy regarding so-called Cookie files:

  1. When you enter our website Cookies (small text files sent from our server, Google, stat24.pl or gemius.pl server) can be saved on your computer's hard disc.
  2. From our server we send Cookie files which are used to operate so-called user's session and several functions which are necessary for the system to work properly (e.g. determining the most popular contents on our website).
  3. We do not collect or make information which had been sent from our server and saved on your computer available.
  4. Besides Cookies being sent from our server through our website, Cookies form google.com, stat24.pl and gemius.pl servers are being sent for statistical aims only (analysing traffic on our web pages).
  5. You can turn off the option of saving all or some of the Cookies at any time by changing settings in your Internet browser.
  6. If you decide to reject all the Cookies, you could be not able to use some of our contents or services. However, turning off the Cookies does not make you unable to look through our web pages.
