All orders from www.shop.dajar.co.uk are shipped with either DHL, DB Schenker, UPS or Parcelforce.
All products shipped from our warehouse are inspected by two controllers. We check products for defects and manufacturing faults. After inspection each item is packed. Each box is marked by tape with “DAJAR” logo.
- We pack and dispatch 99% of orders within 2 business days after receiving cleared payment.
- We cannot despatch goods until you have paid for them in full.
- All items are inspected before being packed. We use professional packing materials and comply with all courier packing guidelines to minimise any chance of damage during shipping.
- We deliver 99% of orders within 5-10 days from receiving cleared payment.
- We use only high quality, reliable couriers such as DHL, DB Schenker, UPS and Parcelforce.
- Our delivery service is a "to your door" service. For customers living in apartments the service is to the block foyer area only. Drivers are not insured to carry items up stairs or in lifts of any kind.
- For bulk orders we reserve right to deliver goods in more than one consignment.
- While accepting Ordered Goods, the Buyer is obliged:
a. to check the package condition immediately and acknowledge the receipt of a parcel,
b. regardless of the abovementioned facts – to open the parcel and check Ordered Goods condition at the time of their delivery, as well as to check whether the delivered goods correspond to the Order made and the contract concluded. Moreover, the Buyer is obliged to acknowledge the abovementioned facts,
c. The Courier who acts on the Seller’s behalf is obliged to wait until the Buyer, in his presence, checks the parcel’s condition and contents. - Complaints concerning mechanical damage which was caused while transporting the goods shall be considered only if the courier or the nearest courier company subsidiary is informed about the said complaints ON THE DELIVERY DAY. Moreover, a damage protocol specifying damaged goods needs to be written by both the client and the courier. Complaints made after the said time period shall not be considered in 100%. Furthermore, the Buyer is obliged to send a copy of the damage protocol to the Seller.
- Upon the delivery of Ordered Goods, all benefits and burdens connected with the said Goods, as well as any risk, including the danger of accidental loss or damage of the said Goods, shall be passed to the Buyer.
