Yes. Within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment or its personal collection you can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
Yes. If you have purchased multiple products you can return all or some of them.
To exchange products for other products, return them and make a new purchase in our store DAJAR.co.uk. If the replacement is related to a product defect - use the possibility of a complaint.
Download and complete the return / withdrawal protocol. Send the completed protocol to us by e-mail to [email protected] and print it and put it in the package. Pack the returned products securely. Send us a package with the returned products to the address DAJAR Sp. z o. o., ul. Różana 9, 75-220 Koszalin, Poland. Remember that you postage at your own expense.
We will transfer your payment for the returned products immediately but not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel.
The total amount will be refunded using the same method of payment as the purchase was made (e.g. transfer / card / voucher, etc.), unless the refund is not possible in this form. If part of the payment was paid in a non-financial form (voucher / gift card, etc.), we will first refund the amount due to you in the form of a gift card. We do not reimburse the transport costs you incurred when returning the purchased goods to us.
When you return the order in full we will also refund the cost of delivery incurred by you when purchasing, up to the cheapest standard shipment we offer in our store. We can reduce the value of the refund due to compensation for the reduction of the value of the returned items, not resulting from ordinary management.
