Saucepan Ultimo with a diameter of 18 cm is made of cast aluminum, which makes it durable and resistant to deformation. Cast aluminum ensures even heat distribution over the entire surface of the pan, regardless of the concentration of the energy source. Thick walls perfectly accumulate heat, the dish stays warm longer, and cooking itself is more economical. The thick, fully induction base allows you to cook on all types of cookers. The products are suitable for use in an oven up to 180 ° C and dishwasher safe.
The Ultimo frying pan is equipped with the Energy Saving System temperature indicator, which signals with its color the moment of reaching the temperature optimal for frying. This allows you to significantly reduce energy consumption and extend the life of the product, as the indicator requires proper use.
A full induction bottom provides 3 times faster heating compared to a point induction bottom. The use of full induction in products improves heat conduction, which allows you to shorten the cooking time as much as possible and significantly reduce energy consumption. The fully induction bottom also makes it possible to use the cookware on any area of ​​the hob or burner, regardless of the diameter of the cookware.
Inside, the pan is covered with a high-quality original Swiss ILAG Ultimate non-stick coating. It is an extremely durable coating for intensive use, with excellent non-stick properties and the highest scratch resistance. The use of the ILAG Ultimate coating guarantees healthy, low-fat frying without sticking.
The glass lid, attached to the pan, has a silicone rim and holes to facilitate evaporation and draining.
