The tray is made of carbon steel, coated with a non-stick layer, which is an exceptionally durable material, prevents the dough from sticking, and evenly distributes heat. The textured base ensures even baking of the bottom and allows for easy removal of each portion. The tray has a large, comfortable handle that provides a firm grip when inserting and removing it from the oven.
The tray can be used in the oven up to 230°C.
Before the first use, wash the tray in warm water with detergent. Before each use, it should be slightly greased. To prolong the product's durability, do not clean it with wire brushes and abrasive sponges, and avoid using metal and sharp tools.
