Made of cast aluminium, it ensures exceptional durability and resistance to deformation, heats evenly, and retains heat for longer, making cooking more energy-efficient. The inner Qualum Basic Stone Edition coating provides excellent non-stick properties and abrasion resistance. The pan comes with a lid with an aluminium rim and practical holes for steaming and draining. Cast handles allow oven use up to 250°C (without the lid), and the included silicone covers protect hands from burns. Additionally, it features a lid rest system in the handle and a double-sided spout for easy pouring. The universal induction base makes the pan suitable for all types of hobs, including induction.
