Pan Selection have a 3-layered 5,7 mm thick bottom (steel-aluminum-steel) which distributes pent up heat evenly while heating up. It speeds up cooking, letting you save time, also gas and energy consumption. Such a multilayered bottom enables to keep the temperature having finished the cooking
